Trip: Pindus Crossing Trek 2026

    Accommodation Notice (applies to registrations made after June 1, 2026)

    Please note that, due to limited availability of beds in the mountain refuges and guesthouses included in the itinerary, if you choose to proceed with the registration form, you will need to accept the following accommodation arrangements:

    In Metsovo, accommodation will be provided in a guesthouse.

    In Vovousa, accommodation will be in tents set up in the surrounding area of the refuge, with access to the refuge facilities (restaurant, toilets, and hot showers).

    In Distrato and Samarina, accommodation will be provided in guesthouses located in the Vasilitsa area, approximately 13 km and 16 km away respectively. Transportation between Distrato/Samarina and the guesthouses will be provided by the event's bus.

    In Pades and Astraka, accommodation will be in tents set up in the surrounding area of the refuges, with access to the refuge facilities (restaurant and toilets) and shower facilities. Please note that at the Astraka Refuge (2,000 m altitude), shower facilities are available, but hot water is not.

    For the nights spent in tents, tents and sleeping mats will be provided by the organizers. Participants are required to bring their own sleeping bag, which will be transported by the organizers together with the rest of the camping equipment. You will not need to carry camping equipment such as tents, sleeping bags, or sleeping mats during the daily hikes.

    Participants who wish to proceed and accept the above accommodation conditions will receive a €40 discount, reducing the participation fee from €570 to €530. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have been informed of and accept the above accommodation arrangements.

    Alternatively, you may choose to join the waiting list and be given priority notification should a place become available in a mountain refuge or guesthouse due to a cancellation.
